This year's Science Week was a fantastic success, filled with exciting activities and learning opportunities for all our students! We were thrilled to welcome multiple visitors who conducted fascinating investigations with the children, sparking curiosity and a love for science.
Highlights of the week included science poster competitions where students showcased their creativity and scientific knowledge through vibrant and informative posters. Each year group engaged in hands-on experiments, such as exploring capillary action and colour mixing with the rainbow walking water experiment, learning about environmental protection by testing what materials break down in water with the "What Should We Flush?" experiment, observing osmosis in action with jelly babies, and understanding the circulatory system through a detailed examination of lambs' hearts.
We are incredibly proud of our students' enthusiasm and participation. Science Week has truly inspired a new generation of budding scientists!
Thank you to everyone who made this week memorable and educational. Let's continue to nurture our curiosity and passion for science!
